In this key role you'll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the boutiqueEnsure the highest level of service to guests, measured against set objectivesInspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIsUphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experienceExecute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelinesLead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team cultureAbout YouMinimum of 1 year's experience in a similar retail businessExperience in an assistant manager or similar management roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamUnderstanding of KPIs and the ability to analyse and report figuresSkin care experience is ideal but not essentialWhat's in it for you?
