About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional education and care to children aged 0-5 years. You will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners, build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
You will also participate in ongoing professional development to improve your practice and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
* Experience working with children 0-5 years
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
* A First Aid certificate
