This Role in Summary
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Manager, Channel Sales position to join our Gladiator sales organization. Gladiator is a leading brand of storage and organization systems and solutions for the garage and commercial use.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading and growing Home Depot and Costco businesses for the Gladiator brand.
* Owning customer relationships, including buyer and key contact management, achieving sales targets, forecasting, promotional management, and strategic development.
This role requires an innovative, visionary leader who can grow our Gladiator business and overall business for trade customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 2+ years of experience in sales account management, merchandising, or category management.
Preferred skills and experiences include MBA, e-commerce sales experience, Big Box, Club, or key regional retailers experience, selling durable goods or related consumer goods experience, promotional plan development experience, and ability to work successfully in a collaborative key account environment with a proven track record of successful sales and business results.
