Apply now to join a team at the forefront of industrial connectivity and make a real impact in critical mining operations.Key Responsibilities:Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 switches and industrial-grade routersInstall, maintain, and test industrial repeaters and media convertersSupport fibre and copper connectivity in remote and underground environmentsConduct network diagnostics and fault isolation for OT communication systemsLiaise with engineers, electricians, and site personnel to ensure network stabilityDocument network changes, configurations, and asset registersSkills & Requirements:Experience working in mining, industrial, or energy sectors (preferred but not essential)Familiarity with OT environments and safety standardsStrong hands-on experience in the field—installations, fault-finding, and commissioningAble to interpret network diagrams and electrical schematicsComfortable working in both surface and underground environmentsKey Technologies:Cisco, Hirschmann, or similar industrial-grade switches and routersRS-232/RS-485 serial communicationsIndustrial repeaters, media converters, and unmanaged switch technologiesProtocols: TCP/IP, Modbus, SNMPSalary:AUD100,000
