What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
* Develop compelling technical content for bids and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members.
* Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
* Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, and ensure their integration into written and graphic content.
* Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.
* Support bid workshops, kick-off meetings, and post-submission content management.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
* Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
* Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
