We're looking for a passionate and eager Trainee Trade Representative to join our team and kickstart a rewarding career in trade sales and customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes from experienced professionals, develop industry knowledge, and grow into a key role within our trade team.
Responsibilities
Support trade customers with product advice and order processing
Assist with sale orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating deliveries
Learn to manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
Attend trade mornings and events to gain industry exposure
Use computer systems to process transactions and update records
Stay curious and informed about our product ranges and services
What You'll Bring
A genuine interest in hardware, building supplies, or trade industries
Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Sound numeracy and literacy skills
