Join us in this exciting opportunity to serve as a Building Management System and Access Control Service Technician, relocating to Alice Springs. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.


About the Role

This is an ideal position for those who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and working in challenging environments. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting building management and access control systems, as well as electronic security systems and IP networking and video management systems.


Key Responsibilities

* Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot building management and access control systems, electronic security systems, and IP networking and video management systems.
* Manage the breakdown and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems & Building Management Systems.
* Support the installation, programming, and commissioning of new and expanded Electronic Security Systems.
* Demonstrate a high knowledge of products to constantly suggest improvements to our customers.
* Ensure that excellent service delivery is met and achieved within budget and time constraints.


Requirements

* Experience with the installation, programming, commissioning, maintenance, and fault finding of a range of Electronic Security and Access Control systems and Buildings Management Systems, IP Networking and Video Management Systems.
* Experience with various IP and Analogue CCTV Systems (Pelco experience preferred but not required).
* Proven record of high quality work complemented with solid experience of trouble shooting, fault finding, and effective resolutions.
* Must have a full unrestricted Electrical License (A-Grade).
* Must hold a Current Security License and Drivers License.
