Bayside International College (BIC) is one of the progressive Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) based in Sydney, NSW. The college is currently offering various levels of General English to EAP and IELTS to international students.

**Job duties and responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, requests and conduct the initial consultation with students.
- Responsible for assessing and processing the Withdrawal, Deferral, Refund, Cancellation, Suspension, and all other requests.
- Work closely with your direct report to report student(s) for non-commencement of studies through PRISMS and develop reports for AVETMISS reporting.
- Manage and record student enrolment including personal details to RTO and PRISMS.
- Attendance and assessment submission monitoring.
- Update student progress through RTO.
- Process Status Letter, Absence Letter, Completion Letter, Certificates and Statement of Attainments within appropriate turnaround times - meeting regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the Orientation and Enrolment Program.
- Assist your direct report with administrative tasks as required.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff as part of the team.
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to relevant department.
- Greet and welcome staff and students as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Experience with RTO Manager Student Management System.
- Experience with PRISMS.
- Have legal work rights in Australia
