OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Service Desk Representative to support our clients with first-line technical assistance and service-related queries.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in a call centre or service desk environment, looking to play a key role in delivering high-quality support across IT and business services.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for users, providing efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable support, and ensuring each interaction is resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.Log, track, and resolve issues using service desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
