 * Prepare maintenance, capital plans and budgets for effective expenditure management.
 3. Requirements:
 * A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or similar experience.
 * Experience using risk management principles and critical problem solving techniques.
 * Strong communication and presentation skills.
