In this role you will
Operate as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
Provide outreach services including trauma-focused assessments, practical advice, and time-limited interventions.
Support recovery through case management, care planning, and group work.
Apply advanced clinical knowledge, problem-solving, and community development skills to complex cases.
Ensure compliance with Queensland Recovery Plan standards and National Standards for Mental Health Services.
Provide advanced clinical input and guidance within the multidisciplinary team to ensure complex cases are managed to the highest standards.
