As a Relationship Executive, you'll partner with a flagship portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. You'll take the time to truly understand what matters to your clients — their goals, challenges, and ambitions — and use the strength of your relationships to unlock new opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll step into an established portfolio of loyal clients, where delivering exceptional service is a given. Beyond that, you'll actively drive new client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and identify growth opportunities across your portfolio.
This opportunity is for you if you are:
* Curious about relocating to Geelong and excited by the chance to live and work in a vibrant regional community
* Already based in Geelong and keen to join a collaborative, high‐performing Commercial Banking team
* A high‐performing Business Banking Analyst ready to take the next step into a relationship‐led role
What you'll be doing day to day
* Building deep, trusted relationships with clients to retain and grow their business, while identifying new‐to‐bank opportunities
* Consulting closely with clients to understand their needs and partnering with product specialists to deliver end‐to‐end financial solutions, including lending requirements from $1M to $100M
* Using your market insight and commercial acumen to originate, structure, negotiate, and execute deals
* Owning proactive risk management across your portfolio, working closely with Analyst teams to deliver high‐quality credit submissions
