We’re seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to join our Property Management team at a leading health precinct.
This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same.
From welcoming tenants and visitors, to coordinating events and supporting facilities, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community.
**What you’ll be doing**
+ Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and the community – always approachable, professional and welcoming
+ Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct
+ Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations
+ Plan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connection
+ Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination
**What we’re looking for**
+ A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service
+ Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination
+ Experience in placemaking / marketing desirable
+ Interest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded
