The role of Senior Business Excellence Specialist is pivotal in driving organisational improvement and analytical excellence across the whole-of-organisation. It involves assessing current state operations, defining future state aspirations, and providing structured analysis to inform practical and cost-effective change.
This critical position encompasses several key responsibilities including business analysis & service review, business improvement delivery, capability building & change support, and organisational influence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Analysis & Service Review: Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and services to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
* Business Improvement Delivery: Lead and coordinate business improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation of recommended changes.
* Capability Building & Change Support: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation by developing and delivering training programs, coaching staff, and supporting change management initiatives.
* Organisational Influence: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organisational strategy, promote best practices, and advance the business excellence agenda.
