* Owning daily operations including onboarding, HR system updates, and employee documentation
* Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries – with empathy and clarity
* Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process locally, from interview logistics to warm candidate communication
* Delivering seamless and welcoming onboarding experiences that embody our values from day one
* Managing the local office experience – crafting a space that’s inviting, inclusive, and full of positive energy
* Maintaining a tidy and efficient office by coordinating with vendors and suppliers
* Planning events and engagement activities that foster joy, connection, and teamwork
* Collaborating with the global People team to implement programs and ensure alignment
* Ensuring compliance with local laws and policies

To excel in this role, you will require 4+ years of experience in HR or People operations, being organized, responsive, and warm, with great instincts and a positive energy to build strong relationships across all levels. You will also be ambitious about delivering exceptional experiences while being kind, humble, and people-centric in your approach.

Daily Operations
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including:
* Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
* HR System Updates: Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as needed
* Employee Documentation: Managing and maintaining employee files and documents
Recruitment
You will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
* Interview Logistics: Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Candidate Communication: Providing timely and clear communication to candidates throughout the process
Office Experience
You will be responsible for managing the local office experience, including:
* Tidy and Efficient Office: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Ensuring seamless coordination with external partners
Events and Engagement
You will plan and execute events and engagement activities that bring joy, connection, and teamwork to the office, including:
* Event Planning: Organizing and executing events that promote team building and collaboration
* Engagement Activities: Designing and implementing activities that foster a positive work environment
Compliance
You will ensure compliance with local laws and policies, including:
