This role offers a unique chance to lead a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact in the corporate tax sector. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for applying your expertise in both formal and informal engagements, delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall client engagement, including relationship management, tax compliance, and advisory services.
* Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
* Involvement in business development initiatives.
* Support continuous improvement activities in tax compliance and process-based work.
* Provide coaching, support, and inspirational leadership to team members.
Requirements:
* University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Commerce, or relevant professional qualification(s).
* CA/CPA, CTA, or other relevant industry accreditation(s).
* Demonstrated experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment).
* Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services.
* Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced team members.
