Job Title: Training and Compliance Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering training qualifications and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
About the Role:
* Administer training qualifications and programs, including enrolments, invoicing, scheduling of sessions, and completions;
* Manage trainers' bookings, premises, and training resources, including materials printing, organisation, and logistics;
* Maintain accurate student data and files in accordance with our policies and compliance requirements;
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, including responding to queries, processing enrolments, and issuing certificates;
* Perform all levels of administrative duties, including filing, typing, data entry, and scanning;
* Liaise with employers and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of training programs;
* Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in RTO administration and compliance;
* Knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and relevant regulations;
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and student management systems;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team;
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
