Junior Business Development Manager – NDIS Transport Services - OTE $120k+We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Get Picked Up (GPU). This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in business development while making a meaningful impact in both the transport and community services sectors.In this role, you will help expand our footprint within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) by building relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, and providers.Key ResponsibilitiesActively engage with NDIS Support Coordinators, participants, Plan Managers, and other stakeholders to promote GPU’s transport servicesConduct outreach via cold calls, emails, networking, and attendance at industry eventsDeliver tailored proposals and quotes to NDIS participants and other potential clientsBuild and manage a pipeline of repeat and high-value clientsAttend expos and networking events in the NDIS and transport sectorsMaintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM systemSupport the broader sales team with strategic initiatives and insights from the fieldWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence in cold calling and face-to-face engagementHighly organised and self-motivated, with a willingness to learnPrior experience in sales, customer service, or outreach roles is advantageous but not requiredWhy Join Get Picked Up?At GPU, we deliver reliable, high-quality pre-booked transport services across Australia.
