Job Title: Senior Aviation Safety and Compliance Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aviation Safety and Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the safety and compliance department and providing guidance to both the local management team and the corporate organization.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all aviation activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety and compliance strategies to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless operations and compliance. Your expertise in quality tools, ICAO Annex 19, and MS Office software will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational efficiency.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Safety and Compliance - APAC, and will be responsible for overseeing HESS compliance, ensuring safety promotion and legislative requirements are met, and monitoring emergency response plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in an operational environment.
* Accredited training in aviation safety management disciplines.
* Incident investigator qualification.
* Lead auditor qualification.
* Possess or have held professional aviation accreditations such as pilot licenses, maintenance engineer licenses, responsible person approval from an NAA.
* Ability to travel internationally.
* University degree or aviation trade in a technical discipline.
