About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with medical specialists, customers, and patients to arrange appointments
* Prepare files and documentation for medical specialists
* Schedule appointments and maintain busy inboxes
* Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
* Offer information and advice to customers or prospective customers
* Undertake other tasks assigned to the client services team, including reception duties, dictation, invoicing, and supporting the greater team in general
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a group environment
* A personal approach that is enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful
* Strong prioritization skills while maintaining flexibility
* Attention to detail is essential
* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
