Qualifications & Leadership ExperienceYou hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Care / Education or similar industries.2.
Industry Know-HowYou have extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and understand what quality care looks like in action.3.
Strong Regulatory KnowledgeYou are across the details – with a transparent understanding of:· TheEducation and Care Services National Regulations· TheNational Quality Framework (NQF)· TheMy Time, Our Place Framework· Industry standards, compliance, and best practices4.
Legislative AwarenessYou demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of:· Workplace Health & Safetylegislation and practices· TheChildren and Young Person's (Care and Protection) Act5.
Tech-Savvy MindsetYou are confident using digital tools, online platforms, and Child Care Management Systems (e.g.Hubworks), helping your service run efficiently.6.
Child Safety FocusYou have completedChild Protection / Child Safe trainingand have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.Specific RequirementsTo be considered, you will need:· Acurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC)· Asatisfactory Criminal Record Check· Australian work eligibilityReady to Apply?
