The Role:
We are looking for a Casual Call Quality Administrator to join our team. Beevo works with top-tier suppliers such as AGL, Aussie Broadband, and ENGIE, and our strong processes and commitment to quality are a key part of our success.
In this role, you'll help maintain those standards by reviewing, listening to, and scoring sales calls, ensuring high-quality outcomes and positive supplier relationships. To set you up for success, we provide full training, support, and coaching across our systems and processes. No prior experience required, just a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
Key Tasks include:
* Review and score sales calls against defined quality guidelines, noting issues and sharing feedback where required
* Use internal systems to identify and send call requests to suppliers
* Assist with daily supplier reports and flagging any issues for follow-up
* Perform basic data entry to update supplier pricing and records as needed

* Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Telephone systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Slack, and others
