Are you currently outperforming in HVAC project sales but feel under-recognized or currently working on the tools and want to look at becoming a BDM.

This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading client with a strong brand, warm pipeline, and genuine uncapped growth.

APAC FM has been engaged by our client to appoint a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive HVAC project sales, special projects, upgrades, and mechanical solutions across the Darwin market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from the HVAC, air conditioning, mechanical services, BMS, facilities management, or building services sector who has a proven track record in winning and growing project work.

About the Role

This role is focused on winning new HVAC and mechanical project work, growing existing accounts, and building long-term client relationships across key market sectors.

You will proactively identify opportunities, prepare competitive tenders and proposals, and work closely with operational teams to convert pipeline into delivered revenue.

* Commercial buildings
* Healthcare
* Government
* Universities & education
* Portfolio / FM clients
* Major refurbishment & upgrade projects
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business development across HVAC projects
* Grow existing client relationships and key accounts
* Identify project opportunities with builders, consultants, FM providers and asset owners
* Lead tender submissions, bid strategy and project proposals
* Prepare accurate estimates and commercial pricing
* Develop supplier and subcontractor relationships
* Attend client meetings, sales presentations and networking events
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and quotation register
* Support smooth handover from sales to project delivery
About You

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge.

Ideal backgrounds include:

* HVAC Business Development
* Mechanical Services Sales
* Air Conditioning Project Sales
* BMS / Controls Sales
* FM Hard Services Sales
* Mechanical Estimating with strong client-facing skills

You will bring:

* Proven experience in HVAC / mechanical services sales
* Strong knowledge of project tendering and estimating
* Established client network highly regarded
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Commercially astute and target-driven mindset
* Ability to win work and grow revenue
