About the Role
* You will be responsible for traveling to client sites to provide hands-on technical support and maintenance services.
* Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues, to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring they have the necessary skills to work effectively.
* Install and configure new equipment and software, guaranteeing high-quality performance and reliability.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory, enabling data-driven decision making.
* Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and expertise sharing.
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services, building strong relationships and trust.
Requirements
* You must have proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role.
* We seek an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to expand their career with our team.
* You should possess strong knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques, with the ability to adapt to diverse problems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills are essential, along with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
* A valid driver's license is required, while certifications like White Card, Silica Awareness Card, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and a valid Police Check are preferred.
* Certification in Carpentry is also desirable.
