We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager to oversee our information and communications technology operations across all national franchise locations. This role will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of ICT systems that ensure compliance with aged care and disability sector requirements, enhance operational efficiency, and support organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Strategy & Management
· Lead the overall ICT strategy, policies, and governance framework across Senior Helpers Australia and its franchise network.
· Manage ICT budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing agreements.
· Ensure ICT infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments are secure, reliable, and scalable.
Systems Administration & Support
· Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration platforms.
· Manage SQL databases, servers, and integration with third-party applications (e.g., VisualCare, payroll, HR systems).
· Provide national-level ICT support to head office and franchisees, including troubleshooting and escalation.
Data & Analytics
· Develop and maintain enterprise-wide reporting systems and dashboards using Python, Power BI and SQL Server.
· Build and manage data pipelines (ETL) from multiple sources (SharePoint registers, VisualCare APIs, client lists, etc.).
· Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility for compliance and business decision-making.
Compliance & Governance
· Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS requirements, and internal clinical governance frameworks.
· Oversee the development of CareShield (Senior Helpers' AI-powered compliance and cybersecurity platform).
· Ensure information security, privacy, and risk management policies are maintained across all digital systems.
Application & Software Development
· Lead the design and rollout of custom applications, including:
o CareShield AI Server (compliance automation, risk detection, report generation).
o Python-based data extraction and reporting tools.
o Learning Management Systems (LMS) for staff training (SCORM, iSpring).
· Coordinate development of UI/UX interfaces, dashboards, and automation scripts.
LMS Content Creation & Videography
· Oversee the creation and management of digital learning materials for the Senior Helpers LMS.
· Develop eLearning modules, SCORM packages, and training resources tailored for aged care and disability services.
· Produce and edit video content for training, inductions, and promotional purposes.
· Manage multimedia assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
· Provide ICT training and resources to staff, managers, and franchise owners.
· Liaise with external partners (e.g., universities, IT service providers, cloud vendors) on innovation projects.
· Collaborate with compliance teams, case managers, and head office executives to align ICT with organisational needs.
Selection Criteria / Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
· Demonstrated experience in ICT leadership and management roles.
· Strong skills in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Power BI, and Python scripting.
· Knowledge of aged care, disability services, and clinical governance systems (advantageous).
· Proven ability to manage ICT projects, budgets, and teams across multi-site organisations.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
