About the Role
You'll join a collaborative team alongside two other senior managers, managing your own portfolio of clients, mentoring junior staff, and overseeing workflow from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with partners and gain early client contact while contributing to the growth and culture of the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across individuals, SMEs, and family groups
* Leading and mentoring junior staff and overseeing workflow
* Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work
* Supporting the firm's culture through engagement in team events and initiatives
* Driving efficiency, excellence, and collaboration across your portfolio
About You
We are looking for a high-energy, positive, and technically capable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ideally, you will bring:
* Proven experience in public practice, ideally in a manager or senior manager capacity
* CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong technical skills in taxation, compliance, and business services
* Ability to mentor and support junior staff while managing a significant workload
* Exceptional communication and client management skills
* Experience with MYOB full suite (or similar) preferred
