About Our Role:
* We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with business development managers and account managers to uncover opportunities and design customer-centric solutions.
* The successful candidate will undertake technical discovery and feasibility assessments for connectivity, networking, and security projects, collaborating with vendors and internal engineering teams to finalise solution designs and costings.
* Key responsibilities include leading presales activities, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses, translating technical value into tangible business outcomes.
* This role also involves supporting the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue targets by driving technical excellence and client trust.
About You:
* You will bring a mix of technical credibility and proven presales experience, comfortable conveying complex solutions in clear business terms.
* A solid background in telecommunications or IT infrastructure, specifically in B2B environments, is essential.
* Familiarity with networking and security technologies such as SD-WAN, PBX, VoIP, Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos is required.
* A strong understanding of data and connectivity solutions for SMB and mid-market customers is necessary.
* The ideal candidate will have confidence in solution discovery, design, and proposal development, with direct client engagement.
* Vendor certifications, particularly in Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, and Telstra Wholesale, are highly valued.
