The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join us at entry level support our Workers Comp Claims team. As a key member of the engine room of the business you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to be able to provide the best experience for our customers.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

* Support our customers by acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders including injured clients general practitioners and other medical professionals
* Respond to enquiries in an accurate concise and courteous manner ensuring that we are putting the customer at the heart of what we do to ensure an effective resolution
* Assist Case Managers in the development of case management plans for clients that stipulate goals and activities.
* Accurate & efficient data entry
* Claims activities are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframe
* Ensure set timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to with all legislative codes and company policies


About you

To be successful in this role you will have :

* A customer-centric approach which sees you optimise outcomes for our customers
* Developed time management skills
* Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios
* A keen willingness to learn and proactively engage in a fast paced dynamic team
