The Opportunity

Reporting to the Member Administration Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Consultant to join our Administration Services team, focusing on the Accumulation phase for our members and their employers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Member Onboarding & Account Servicing: Manage the onboarding process for members and employers, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
* Transaction Processing: Handle transaction processing and account servicing, resolving data quality exceptions as they arise
* Conduct UAT to ensure that changes in the Administration Services space meet business requirements and do not adversely impact Fund Administration
* Workflow Management: Process and complete all workflow and transactional processing tasks within established service level agreements (SLAs)
* Member Experience Focus: Maintain a clear focus on enhancing the member experience throughout the transaction processing lifecycle
* Investigate exception issues, resolve errors, and identify trends to support continuous process improvements
* Written Correspondence: Prepare and issue written correspondence to address member, employer, and payroll queries
About You
We are seeking a committed, highly organised individual who possesses extensive experience in an administration role, preferably within the financial services or superannuation industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of SuperStream processes and DB pool allocation.
They will showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of effectively investigating and resolving complex issues to ensure smooth operations. Attention to detail and a relentless focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with members and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Additionally, you have:
* 2+ years experience working in a superannuation administration role
