The Opportunity:
Fast-paced, diverse responsibilities with no two days alike
Executive support to the Managing Director, including diary and inbox management
Travel, meeting and event coordination
Recruitment and HR coordination
Business development and CRM support
Submissions and tender coordination
Commercial and accounts support
Reporting and general administrative support
Accounts assistants where required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
5+ years experience supporting executive leadership
Experience working for a Commercial or Residential company
Is confident, diligent, methodical, uses discretion, takes initiative, and has key leadership skills
Remains composed under pressure while staying highly organised
Can work automatously and uses initiative
