Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will interact with existing trade customers to increase sales of our products and services by obtaining and up-selling orders, processing quotations, consulting with suppliers, and managing lead times.
This role will primarily support our Electronic Security database.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound sales calls to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
* Obtain orders via email and phone, verify and enter items, transfer orders to fulfillment, and explain backorders and expected delivery dates.
* Prepare, generate, and follow up on quotations to meet customer needs.
* Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering appropriate product solutions to meet customer requirements.
* Initiate, establish, and build strong customer relationships, retention, and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
* Make cold and warm outbound sales calls to uncover new opportunities and expand our customer base.
* Coordinate with key stakeholders including sales teams, inventory management, warehouse, and supply partners to deliver outcomes for customers.
* Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Strong phone presence with the ability to sell and communicate effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Previous experience working in a high-pressure and/or fast-paced customer service or inside sales environment.
* Technical aptitude with willingness to learn products, system design, and solutions.
* Excellent administration skills and organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
