With a strong pipeline of projects, the business is growing and evolving - and they’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate the performance marketing, lead generation, and digital optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with Sales, this is a pivotal role focused on enhancing conversion performance across all digital channels. You’ll manage the media agency and own the digital ecosystem, from eDMs and CRM to paid media and website performance. This position has a clear development pathway towards management, including having your own direct report. Key Responsibilities Oversee the digital marketing strategy across all live and upcoming projects Lead and optimise performance media in collaboration with a specialist agency Manage and maintain the corporate and project websites, working with developers to improve UX and conversion Own the eDM strategy and delivery, focusing on both acquisition and nurture Collaborate with Sales to align digital activity with lead quality, conversion trends and ROI Analyse campaign effectiveness and report on key KPIs including CPL, CTR, conversion, and spend Conduct audits of CRM usage and project marketing effectiveness; implement improvements Brief and collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners on campaign assets and rollouts Contribute to brand and marketing initiatives, supporting broader team projects Support the Head of Marketing to shape and grow the function (with a view to bring on a coordinator in time) What You’ll Bring Proven experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns and lead generation Property development or real estate industry experience is required Comfortable working alongside a Sales team, with a commercial and customer-first mindset Experience briefing and managing media and digital agencies Strong skills in email marketing, CRM and website management Data-driven and proactive, with the ability to problem-solve and communicate with clarity Collaborative, agile, and outcomes-focused - you know how to get things done Agency-side experience working with real estate or property clients will be highly regarded Why Join?
