Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role that supports clinical leaders and staff in driving quality and risk systems.
The successful candidate will help promote a culture of safety and excellence through effective coordination of quality improvement initiatives, incident management, consumer feedback, and accreditation processes.
* Coordinate and support accreditation and compliance processes.
* Lead and engage teams in continuous quality improvement and clinical governance.
* Monitor and report on performance metrics to meet targets.
* Manage quality systems including incident reporting and complaints.
About You
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum five years' post-graduate clinical experience.
* Strong leadership skills and experience driving quality improvement initiatives.
* Proven experience in managing accreditation processes and audit activities.
