About the Role
As a
Business Analyst specialising in accounting firms
, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of Odoo as the first market solution enabling accountants and entrepreneurs to collaborate seamlessly on a single platform. You'll be a central contributor to our business development initiatives, positioning Odoo as the preferred choice for accounting firms aiming to evolve from traditional accountants into strategic business advisors.
What You'll Do
* Implement Odoo Solutions:
Assess client needs, design tailored solutions, and configure workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for accounting practices.
* Partner Management:
Support the expansion of Odoo's global partner network by empowering accounting firms to become certified Odoo Experts.
* Deliver Training:
Act as an Accounting Firms Expert, showcasing Odoo's capabilities through specialised training sessions for both internal teams and external partners.
* Improve the Product:
Help shape the future of Odoo by sharing customer and partner feedback with Product Owners. Your insights will directly influence product development.
* Business Development:
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to strengthen Odoo's presence within the accounting community across the ANZ region. Represent Odoo at Roadshows, Academies, fairs, workshops, school sessions and other events to highlight the benefits of Odoo for accounting firms.
During your first weeks, you'll join our Quickstart team and receive extensive onboarding support from experienced colleagues. You'll gain exposure to projects across HR, Marketing, Logistics, and more. Once fully integrated into your team, your consistent delivery of value and service will reinforce Odoo's reputation as the go-to management software for accounting firms in the region.
Must Have
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting firm
* Valid, unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Autonomous, assertive, and proactive
* Strong affinity for technology
Nice to Have
* ITAA certification or equivalent
* Experience with management software implementation
* Knowledge in credit management, financial planning, or IFRS
* Additional languages
