We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our Facilities Management team in delivering exceptional service across our commercial property portfolio.
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly - building maintenance, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate building maintenance and respond to tenant requests quickly.
* Liaise with vendors and contractors to keep services on track.
* Maintain accurate building records and documentation.
* Assist with inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements.
* Support budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
* Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through clear communication.
What You Bring
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within facilities or property.
* Knowledge of building operations or safety compliance (advantageous but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
