Who Are You?
You're an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in working with large industrial equipment, ideally in power generation or a production environment. You have a solid understanding of electrical design principles, processes, and relevant standards.
* Expertise in electrical/process control systems and circuitry, together with a working knowledge of major electrical plant, including generators, high voltage switchgear, and transformers.
* Comfortable tackling complex and sometimes ambiguous problems, consistently delivering solid, practical outcomes.
* Ability to lead by example, offering guidance, supporting team development, and mentoring junior engineers.
