At Unilever we've always been at the forefront of consumer revolutions, responding quickly to changing consumer needs. eCommerce is a rapidly growing channel for Unilever ANZ and a key growth priority for the business.
We are looking for an Omnichannel eCommerce Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of two to deliver accelerated eCommerce growth across our Omni-channel customers in Australia with a focus on Woolworths and Coles. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business including the customer development team, marketing & wider dCommerce function as well as our external retail partners.
This is an important role in the team and an exciting opportunity to help lead Unilever's thinking and capabilities in eCommerce.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and growth agenda for the Omni-channel dCommerce business with a focus on driving profit and growing market share- In collaboration with the dCommerce Director, other internal stakeholders and key partners, define and build out the long-term roadmap and partnership priorities- Overall responsibility for Omni-channel processes, ways of working and integration into wider business plans- Reporting & analysis of Omni-channel eCommerce financials and key KPI's- Step change our customer engagements through building strategic partnerships with key customers & supporting teams to build ecommerce plans- Support & drive our Omni-channel retailers with delivery of activities across online platforms with a focus on Woolworths and Coles- Lead the Design for Channel for dCommerce based on channel insights - ie deep analytics to determine what is optimised product range/online promotional plan by retailer and work with Business units to deliver this- Develop and drive integrated relationships with the internal brand teams, category teams and customer teams to embed omnichannel strategies.- Educate internal stakeholders on dCommerce initiatives and build capability in this area.- Drive the Test & Learn agenda to identify new opportunities, ensuring clear goals are set against key activities & knowledge share
Does this sound like You- Prior eCommerce and/or Digital media experience- Commercially astute and knows how to creatively plan which digital levers to pull to drive growth & commercial outcomes- Strong ability to influence and work through others to deliver best in class results- Have a strong track record of sustained delivery, execution & building capability/talent.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills- A passion for the rapidly evolving Digital Commerce landscape
