Job Title: Associate - Data Centre
About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Associate in the Data Centre sector.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various traditional quantity surveying functions, including estimating, planning, cost management, cost monitoring, and financial reporting. They will also liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors to identify and facilitate new business opportunities.
In addition to their technical skills, the candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
* Complex Cost Engineering on mission-critical projects
* Liaising with clients, architects and main contractors
* Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities
* Master-plan and feasibility budgets
* Cost checking of developing design
* Tender evaluations and analysis
* Cash flow projects
* Procurement
* Cost reporting
* Final account reporting
* Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims
* Investment analysis
* Formulating and implementing benchmarking processes to improve the consistency, accuracy and time to prepare cost models and plans
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification in any of the following areas: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
* Extensive experience in cost estimating and planning software/ Cost X
* Extensive experience in MEP and heavy services projects
* Demonstrated track record of winning and managing major projects
* Experience managing mission-critical projects or similar projects of complex design
