About the Role
We are urgently seeking reliable, compassionate Support Workers for an immediate start supporting participants with disability in the community and/or home environment.
This role is ideal for experienced support workers or those with relevant qualifications who are ready to start now and make a genuine difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred support with daily living activities
* Assisting with personal care (where required)
* Community access and social support
* Implementing support plans and following care instructions
* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
* Accurate documentation and communication with the team
What We're Looking For
* Immediate availability
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or working towards)
* Previous experience in disability or support work (preferred)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain immediately)
* Working With Children Check (if required)
* First Aid & CPR
* Reliable car and valid driver's licence
* Strong communication skills and a professional, caring approach
