Job Overview
* The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will assist with the preparation of comprehensive financial forecasts, accurate financial performance reports, and data-driven business insights.
* Contribute to strengthening financial acumen across the organisation by providing expert analysis and guidance.
* Prepare high-quality statistical and financial data to meet management, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements.
* Support the Financial Controller in maintaining timely and insightful monthly reporting on performance against targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives.
* Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to inform business decisions.
* Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
