As their pipeline of projects expands, they are now seeking a passionate and motivated Civil Site Manager to join their highly regarded team and play a key role in shaping their next chapter.
The Role
As Civil Site Manager, you will take the lead on the ground—overseeing the daily operations of major civil projects valued up to $50M across a variety of sectors. This is an opportunity to take real ownership, driving delivery from start to finish while mentoring teams and contributing to the company's broader strategic goals.
You will:
* Lead site operations, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and crews with confidence
* Champion safety, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and company standards
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
* Drive a positive, solutions-focused site culture, leading by example
* Take a proactive approach to resolving challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery
This role will allow you to leverage your experience across civil infrastructure projects, while also expanding your skills through exposure to increasingly complex works.
