Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Digital Print and Multimedia Transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading complex projects from initiation to delivery. They will be responsible for overseeing the solution design, business case development, and national rollout of our digital print and multimedia capabilities.
The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to shape the solution, build the supporting business case, and oversee a staged rollout of design, print, and distribution capabilities. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, IT, Procurement, and frontline team members.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Leading the end-to-end implementation of the in-house digital print and multimedia transformation.
* Overseeing project planning, milestone tracking, and delivery of hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
* Facilitating solution design and business case development in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure feasibility, benefits alignment, and executive buy-in.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing pilot site deployments and feedback cycles to validate solution effectiveness and inform broader rollout. Additionally, they will facilitate training and onboarding for site teams, ensuring adoption of new workflows and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of managing IT, digital or print production implementations across multi-site environments.
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
* A strong understanding of digital asset workflows, creative tools, and production scheduling.
* Knowledge of print production software systems (advantageous).
* Ability to manage or contribute to project budgets and financial planning.
* Defining and tracking success metrics such as cost savings, turnaround time, and adoption rates.

Other Requirements
This role requires travel to NSW/QLD and other State operations centres as needed. The location is ideally Rhodes, NSW, with some flexibility as this is a national all States Australia project.
