An opportunity has become available for the services of an experienced yard person within our Timber & Hardware team. We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working person to pick, pack and load customer orders. This position requires physical labour due to picking and packing orders. The role is 38 hrs a week, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant must hold a valid LF forklift licence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick, pack and load customer timber & hardware orders in a timely manner
* Liaise with customers and internal staff
* Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock for accuracy and damage
* Alert buyers, supervisors or managers of any damaged or incorrect stock received
* Assist fellow workers when needed
* Follow WHS procedures

* Ability to meet deadlines
* Must have the right to work in Australia without conditions
