We are partnering with a fast-growing, category-leading brand that’s posting strong double‑digit growth and investing heavily in ecommerce as a core strategic pillar. They’re backed by a larger group but operate with the speed, energy and ambition of a modern D2C business. With major international expansion underway, particularly across France, Germany, and Spain, they’re now looking for a Head of Ecommerce to take the function to the next level.

What you’ll be driving
* Hitting and exceeding ecommerce & D2C growth targets
* European market expansion (France, Germany, Spain)
* Onsite optimisation and customer journey uplift
* Strong online/offline integration across retail channels
* Team capability, culture and leadership
* Full P&L ownership and data‑led commercial decision‑making
What makes you a great fit
* You’ve grown ecommerce revenue in a vertical brand or D2C environment
* You lead from the front—hands‑on, commercial, and comfortable operating in the detail
* You’re strong with data, analytics and customer experience
* You’ve built high‑performing teams and know how to bring people with youYou understand omnichannel and how physical + digital work together
* You’ve had P&L responsibility and enjoy the accountability that comes with it
Bonus points if you bring
European market exposure, experience across D2C + retail channels, or a background in consumer products, fashion or accessories.
