The Role
We're looking for a Network Development Manager to help expand and strengthen our network of fitness and wellness facilities across Australia and New Zealand. This role plays a key part in delivering value to our members through high-quality partnerships, tailored programs, and strategic negotiations—all while ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our facility partners.
What You'll Do:
* Lead commercial negotiations and develop tailored programs with gym and wellness facility providers
* Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals, ensuring alignment with company policies and delegated authorities
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with facility partners to ensure quality and availability of offerings
* Analyse network trends and provide insights to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential risks
* Work closely with the ANZ Network Development Manager to manage master packages and develop new employer programs
* Partner with internal stakeholders—including Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Facility Support—to align on business goals and deliver a seamless experience
* Provide timely updates and reporting to senior leadership on network status, changes in the market, and commercial progress
* Act as the voice of Fitness Passport within the network and represent our values in every interaction
About You
You're commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and thrive on building win-win partnerships. You're confident negotiating deals, managing multiple priorities, and representing a fast-growing brand with professionalism and integrity.
* 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role, ideally with medium to large enterprises
* Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and contract management experience
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills – both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong prioritisation, reporting, and time management skills
* Proficient with Excel and CRM/database management tools
* Experience in the fitness industry or a membership-based business is highly desirable
* A proactive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Willing and able to travel, sometimes on short notice
