SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our highly professional and skilled Fleet Team based at a major infrastructure project. This is a diverse and fast-paced full-time role located our on-site workshop in Orange, NSW. Responsibilities
* Responsible to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on the companies in house light vehicle fleet.
* Responsible and accountable to ensure the effective operation of company-owned light vehicles across the fleet.
* Ensure all repairs, service and maintenance is being performed to the quality standards in compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule, as well as the relevant legislation and standards.
* Responsible for ensuring completion of repairs, services, and maintenance jobs according to the schedule.
* Perform any emergency breakdowns and mechanic repairs and maintenance jobs in the field as required.
* Ensure all compliance and documentation of scheduled repairs are reported in a timing manner.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Background in light vehicle mechanical repair and maintenance work.
* Clear understanding of excellence in customer service.
* Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability.
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
* Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
* Highly effective problem-solving skills.
