We currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our Pimpama Centre .
Responsibilities
* Inspire and guide curious, playful minds in a safe, supportive setting
* Design and implement engaging, play-based learning and delivery of Kindergarten Program.
* Oversee each child's learning aptitude and milestones, tailoring programs to each child's unique needs
* Provide leadership and mentoring to a dedicated team of educators
* Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver best practice in early childhood education
* Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, our team, and the wider community
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 year's of experience as an ECT (highly regarded)
* Bachelor Early Childhood Education
* Current First Aid / CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications, Child Protection
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development frameworks and practices
* Excellent communication, time management, leadership and organizational skills
* A genuine passion for early learning and creating positive outcomes for children
* Valid Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
