As a Trupanion Business Partner, you will serve as a key link between Trupanion and veterinary hospitals. Your main responsibility will be to visit hospitals across your assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinarians and staff while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate relationships within your designated region to drive sales growth and promote Trupanion’s services.
* Build and nurture relationships with veterinarians, staff, and clinic owners to foster collaboration, trust, and business outcomes.
* Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate clinic staff on Trupanion’s offerings and empower them to increase insured pets.
* Collaborate with clinics to overcome challenges and provide ongoing support.
* Gather and report feedback from clinics to help shape Trupanion’s strategies and services.
* Attend industry events and community activities to represent Trupanion and boost brand awareness.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
* Proven sales experience in the veterinary/animal health industry.
* Experience in a B2B approach, strong sales background, and relationship management preferred.
* Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive for a growth-minded organization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), OneNote, OneDrive; exposure to Dynamics CRM, SharePoint preferred.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
