We’re seeking a Site Manager with proven experience working in commercial construction.
You will be helping lead the delivery of high-profile commercial construction project. You’ll be part of a well-resourced site team, delivering mixed use residential and commercial office developments.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct company labour to ensure efficient site operations
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are delivered in accordance with company standards, specifications, and drawings
* Drive the achievement of key project milestones across time, cost, and quality objectives
* Plan and coordinate site labour, materials, and construction activities to maintain program and productivity
* Provide clear and regular progress updates, reporting on site performance, risks, and issues
* Lead and manage all WHS requirements on site, ensuring compliance with legislative and company safety standards
SELECTION CRITERIA
* 3–5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role within commercial construction
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programs
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate, coordinate teams, and resolve issues proactively
* Demonstrated experience supervising site activities and leading construction teams
* Trade qualifications and relevant industry experience
* A working knowledge of construction specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, specifically the Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act and the Work Health & Safety Act
* Previous experience with Estimate One, Hammertech and Procore highly desirable
