Our client, a leader in architectural building solutions, is seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Estimator to join their NSW team.
Based in Auburn, this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in construction and architectural estimating, working across a diverse range of projects.
As the first point of contact for project enquiries, you will prepare quotations, interpret drawings, conduct material take-offs, and support the sales team with customer-facing activities.
With full training and mentoring provided, this role offers strong career development in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the Role:
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for architectural projects.
- Conduct material take-offs from architectural and structural plans.
- Analyse project specifications to determine pricing and requirements.
- Provide technical support to contractors during tendering and project delivery.
- Work with tools like Salesforce, BCI Australia, and EstimateOne to identify tender opportunities.
- Maintain project files and generate reporting for the sales team.
- Liaise regularly with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Management.
About You:
- Recent graduate in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident interpreting CAD, PDF, and hardcopy building plans (AutoCAD knowledge highly regarded).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Salesforce/Oracle desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive culture.
